Shipping

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:  Due to the volatility of freight costs and the packaging of your order, we have provided estimated shipping costs based on your order total and shipment region.  However, we will compute your actual shipping cost prior to shipment.  If shipping costs are higher than computed during your order placement, then we will contact you to inform you of the additional charge.  Similarly, if shipping costs are less than computed during your order placement, then we will pass along the savings to you.

All product is packed and protected in appropriately sized boxes with a packing list calling out the contents of each box. All boxes and contents should be inspected upon arrival and damage pointed out to the trucking company. Larger boxes are strapped to pallets.

Once the product is packed the product must move immediately from our shipping area to make room for other orders. For that reason, we reserve the right to select the shipper based upon lowest cost, fastest delivery and speed of pick-up.

Once shipped, a notification with tracking number is sent via fax to the customer the following morning.
